Terms of Service

The use of the Neyra.AI website ("neyra.ai"  or the "Website"), the Neyra Gateway ("NG"), and all associated content, services, and products available through the Website or Gateway (collectively referred to as the "Services") are governed by the following terms and conditions. By accessing the Website or using any of the Services, you agree to accept and abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please note that as all data uploaded to Neyra.ai is made available via IPFS (InterPlanetary File System), the Services are also subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of IPFS.io.If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement ("Agreement" or "TOS"), you are not permitted to access the Website or use any of the Services. ‍Storage Term: Data stored through the Services will be accessible via IPFS and stored on Filecoin until the respective deals expire (refer to "Filecoin deals" for details).We retain the right to terminate the Services at our sole discretion or transfer the operation of the Services to a third party or smart contract. In such cases, we will provide users with a 90-day notice via email, allowing them sufficient time to make necessary arrangements (e.g., remote pinning to their own IPFS node, remote pinning to another service, or preparing for the management of their Filecoin deals independently).In rare situations where excessive read/write volume or an excessive number of uploaded blocks negatively impact the service levels of other users, we reserve the right to block access to those Content Identifiers (CIDs) or block uploads without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users whose uploaded CIDs are adversely affecting service levels before blocking access to the CIDs.

‍Encryption Policy: Neyra allows users to encrypt their files using Client-side encryption, which is managed by the user's crypto wallet private key. It is the user's responsibility to securely store and maintain access to their wallet seed. Neyra will not be held responsible for any loss of access to the wallet or files and cannot decrypt encrypted files without the user's private key.All data uploaded to Neyra is accessible to anyone with the correct CID. Users should avoid storing any private or sensitive information in an unencrypted form using Neyra. Additionally, deleting files from Neyra.ai through the site's Files page or API will remove them from the file listing for a user's account. However, nodes on the IPFS network may retain copies of the data indefinitely. Users should refrain from using the GhostDrive Prime Node to store data that may require permanent deletion in the future.

‍Data Limits:
Neyra Drive supports upload requests up to the per-request size limit specified in the Ghostdrive API documentation. Account data caps are detailed on the Tier Overview page.

‍Filecoin Storage:
‍Data stored through the Services will be available and persisted via IPFS once a successful upload is completed. Data stored with Neyra.ai is also stored on Filecoin, where it is batched into deals. There may be a delay between the upload of content via the Services and its storage on Filecoin through a deal. Users can check the status of any CID uploaded through Neyra.ai using the Status API (updated every five minutes) for the latest information on individual CID pin or deal statuses. Neyra Labs will manage backup storage deals and deal renewals to ensure highly redundant storage on the Filecoin network.

‍Data Computing
‍We employ artificial intelligence and computational resources, both on the client and server side, to manage tasks such as data compression and file conversion, among others. This aids in optimizing storage, facilitating faster data retrieval, and enhancing user experience. All data is processed and managed under strict security protocols.This includes encryption techniques and secure protocols to protect against unauthorized access, tampering, or data breaches. We prioritize the integrity and authenticity of your data. While our algorithms work to compress and convert files, we take measures to ensure that the original content, quality, and attributes of your data are not compromised.

Neyra Token and User Rights
Employ Neyra Tokens for running AI models, accessing services on a pay-as-you-go basis, and participating in governance through voting.

‍Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your Paid Plan at any time. You will retain the ability to upload new data to Neyra.ai until the end of your billing period. Payments are nonrefundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partially used membership periods. After cancellation, data uploaded via a Paid Plan may no longer be available through our hosted Filecoin infrastructure after the end of your billing period.

‍Changes: We reserve the right to modify our Paid Plans, adjust pricing, or make changes to our service or any components thereof at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice. In the event of changes to the pricing of your Paid Plan, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice


Data Policy

‍Introduction:This policy outlines how Neyra (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") processes and protects personal information and data in accordance with Singapore data protection laws. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of our users' information and complying with applicable regulations. By using Neyra's services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

‍This P2P network:
‍a. Neyra operates as a peer-to-peer (P2P) network, utilizing IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) and Filecoin technologies for data storage and retrieval.b. All user files uploaded to Neyra are encrypted on the user's device, and we do not have access to the content of these files. Encrypted previews and limited metadata may be stored, but they do not reveal the file's content.
c. User files remain encrypted at all times on our system, and decryption only occurs on the user's or authorized users' devices.d. User files are stored and made available from secure P2P nodes, located in Singapore or other countries where Neyra operates.
e. Neyra cannot be held responsible for any loss of access or the inability to decrypt files due to lost wallet access. Users are responsible for encrypting their files using their crypto wallet's private key and safeguarding the wallet seed.

‍Own Your Files:
‍a.) When users upload files to Neyra, the files are already encrypted on their devices, ensuring the privacy and security of the data.b. Neyra collects encrypted previews and limited metadata about the files, but these do not disclose the content or information within the files.
c.) User files remain encrypted at all times while stored on Neyra system. Decryption occurs only on the user's or authorized users' devices.
d.) Neyra stores and provides access to user files through its secure P2P nodes located in Singapore or other countries where Neyra operates.
e.) Users should maintain their own copies of the files as a precaution, as Neyra does not guarantee data loss prevention or bug-free services.f. When a user deletes a file, it becomes inaccessible and will be permanently removed from the system in due course. After account termination, all user files will be marked for deletion and removed according to our file purging process.

‍Account Data:
‍a. Account data includes the information provided during registration, payment details, and metadata and financial transaction records generated by Neyra's systems.
b. Neyra retains account data to provide services, improve systems, and communicate with users. Retention periods may vary based on legal requirements, enforcement actions, or requests for reactivation.c. Users can download their account data while logged into their Neyra accounts. ‍Usage Data:
‍a. Usage data refers to data collected during users' interactions with Neyra's services, such as usage patterns, preferences, and actions taken within the platform.
b. Neyra collects and uses usage data with user consent, as outlined in our Cookie Policy. Usage data is used to improve services, conduct market research, and provide promotional material and special offers.c. ‍General:
‍a. Neyra does not sell or disclose user files, pages, account data, or usage data to third parties for commercial purposes.
b. However, Neyra may disclose this information to competent authorities and law enforcement agencies if required by law or in response to legal processes, court orders, or enforcement actions. Neyra reserves the right to protect its rights, users, and services under Singapore data protection laws.
c. Neyra related entities, payment processors, and resellers may process user data in other jurisdictions as necessary for providing services and payment processing. Such processing is subject to applicable laws and data protection safeguards.d. Neyra emphasizes data security and encourages users to implement best practices for securing their systems and devices. Neyra cannot guarantee the security of users' computers or devices against unauthorized access.e. Users should be cautious with their passwords and encryption keys. In the event of lost access, data may become permanently inaccessible.f. If users access their data or provide access to others from countries that do not provide adequate protection to personal information compared to Singapore data privacy laws, they authorize Neyra to grant such access, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
