You own every frame

Across Studio Seat, Project and Catalog licenses, the client owns 100% of the finished assets — scripts, shots, audio, masters. Neyra retains rights only to the underlying agent technology.

Your own model, your IP

On commercial licenses we can fine-tune a private model on your footage, brand and style. That Custom Model — and everything it generates — is owned by you, kept isolated, and never used to serve another customer.

Signed, scoped, auditable

Every license is governed by a written agreement (MSA plus license schedule). NDA standard. Audit logs and asset lineage are available on Catalog and Co-Production tiers.
