Use this form to notify Neyra Labs Pte. Ltd. of content or conduct on the Services that infringes your intellectual property, uses a person's name, image, voice or likeness without consent, violates privacy, is otherwise unlawful, or misuses Neyra's own technology, pipeline or interface. This is the notice channel referenced in Section 8 of our Terms of Use.
How we handle claims
- Acknowledged within 2 business days; substantive response within 5 business days.
- Clearly unlawful content (CSAM, non-consensual sexual imagery, terrorism) is removed immediately and reported to authorities where required.
- Valid IP claims lead to removal or disabling of the material and notice to the affected user, who may file a counter-notice.
- Repeat infringers are suspended and then permanently terminated, and forfeit access to the Services.
- Knowingly false or abusive claims may be rejected and may create liability for the claimant.
Before you file
- Identify the protected work, mark, person or technology precisely.
- Point us to the exact material — project, URL, account or output.
- Attach or link evidence of ownership or authority to act.
- Both declarations at the end of the form are mandatory; we cannot act without them.
